What is Maptuner Nano?

Maptuner Nano is a compact, wireless ECU tuning and diagnostic device that connects to your ATV or UTV. Controlled from your smartphone via the MyMaptuner App, it lets you flash tunes, monitor live data, reset service intervals, manage keys, and more — all without a laptop or cables.

How does it work?

Plug the Nano into your vehicle’s diagnostic port, pair it with your phone, and use the app to apply a tune or access diagnostic tools. It works wirelessly and gives you instant access to vehicle data, fault codes, and performance options right from your phone.

What do I need to get started?

• Maptuner Nano device
• MyMaptuner App (iOS/Android)
• Tuning License for each vehicle you want to program
• Vehicle cable (if required for your model)

Which ATV/UTV brands are supported?

Coverage includes Can-Am, Polaris, CFMOTO, and Segway. Supported functions (read/write, monitoring, key management, etc.) vary by model and year. Check our compatibility page for details before ordering.

Can I revert to stock?

Yes — you can easily switch between tuned and original stock software through the app whenever you want.

What diagnostic features does it include?

• Live Data & Datalogging — view and record engine data in real time (RPM, boost, temps, throttle, etc.).
• Read/Clear ECU Fault Codes — access both active and stored fault codes with extended info.
• Service Reset — view and reset service intervals and maintenance counters.
• Engine & RPM History — view max speed, hours in RPM ranges, and over-rev data.
• DESS Key Management — add, remove, enable or disable coded keys directly from the app (for BRP vehicles).
• Activation Tests — test components such as injectors, coils, fuel pump, and IBR systems.
• Throttle (TPS) Calibration — re-learn min/max throttle position if needed.

These diagnostic apps make the Nano much more than a tuner — it’s a full ECU management tool.

Is there a dealer mode?

Yes. Professional users can unlock Dealer Mode to handle multiple vehicles without separate licenses. Dealer Mode includes advanced tools like Activation+, Service Reset, Engine History, and full fault diagnostics. All data is stored locally on the device — no computer or internet needed during service.

Is installation difficult?

Not at all — connect the Nano to your vehicle, open the app, and follow the setup steps. Built-in recovery and repair workflows make it beginner-friendly.

Do I need one Nano per vehicle?

No. You can use the same Nano across multiple vehicles — simply buy one tuning license per vehicle.

Will it affect reliability or safety?

All tunes are designed to keep factory safety systems intact. Just use the recommended fuel and maintain your vehicle properly for best results.
